Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

• You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
• Item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in original packaging.
• You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Contact us at milzyshop@gmail.com to initiate a return.
• We'll provide instructions for return shipping.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported immediately upon receipt.

Exchanges:

• The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and make a new purchase separately.

Refunds:

• We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting the return.
• Approved refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.
